Am extremely pissed off. I’ve ordered from here several times for either lunch or functions and never had this issue before. I placed an order on grabfood at 11:11am and the expected delivery was 115 minutes. It’s questionable cause usual waiting time is 50 minutes or 70 minutes depends on which I choose. I tried to be understanding thinking maybe you’re understaffed and it’ll take longer. There was only one option so by all means I went with that because I was craving for sushi bake. After placing the order, it says it’ll arrive somewhere between 1:10pm-1:20pm so that’s fine for me since it was already stated before I opted to order. I ate abit while waiting so I don’t completely starve myself. By 1:30pm I checked back to see if the delivery guy has picked up the order or not but the app says it’s still in the kitchen. 1:30pm rolled to 2pm and there was no update at all. My partner suggested to give you a call and so I did. No response. I texted. No response either. At this point I gave up and haven’t eaten an actual meal. I made up my mind to cook up a meal and by the time the sushi bake arrived, I can eat it for dinner after heating it up. It took me 20 minutes to make a meal for myself and there’s still no updates. Even after finishing the meal I myself cooked, still nothing. If in case you’re wondering why I couldn’t just cancel it, believe me I tried. But once it states that the food is ‘In the kitchen’, grab won’t allow cancellations. Only at 2:50pm, almost 4 hours after I made the order did grab said the order has been cancelled as the merchant is CLOSED?! But on google it mentions you are open? I was willing to spend $60++ on your food because I’ve ordered several times from you and I’ve never had to deal with this before. I’ve recommended many people to purchase from here and they loved it too. Honestly extremely disappointed because this purchase was not only for me but for my family as well as they were craving for sushi bake. There were times where I wanted to order from you but the option to even choose you was greyed out on grab because you were closed for the day. If only it was greyed out today to begin with had I known not to order and save my time. Thankfully the $60+ dollars have been refunded but it sucks that I can’t be compensated for the time wasted. Sigh…what a let down.
