Dr. Weelyn Teh was very professional and friendly at the same time. I had my wisdom tooth removed. She is an expert and explains the procedure in the simplest way so that I could understand every step of the way. Today is the second day and I feel very little pain and not much swelling. It is my first time doing such a procedure and I am thankful for the great experience I had at Nuffield.

I came to the clinic for emergency treatment as it was one of the few clinics opened on a weekend and public holiday. I was in pain because of my gum issues and my mouth was swollen. The doctors and nurses attended on me efficiently and promptly; dealt with my issues in a very no nonsense rational manner and recommended my course of treatment. I had to leave for a business trip and when I returned I again had to seek urgent care. This was provided for at short notice and the nurses and doctors squeezed me into their tight schedules. Friendly, efficient and very professional. I dislike going to the dentist but the clinic has gone a long way of alleviating my concerns and addressing my issues. Thank you!

I recently experienced severe pain from my wisdom tooth and discovered that Nuffield Dental was the only clinic offering subsidies. Since wisdom tooth extraction is generally expensive, I decided to visit them, and I was impressed by their outstanding service. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, and Dr. Anna, along with the nurse (whose name I unfortunately forgot), showed great patience as I carefully considered whether to proceed with the extraction. They explained everything clearly, making it easy to discuss my options. After the surgery, I felt lightheaded, but the doctor kindly allowed me to rest in the room for a while. Overall, the experience was truly satisfying, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to my family and friends. Thank you Nuffield Dental. Will definitely comeback to open my stitches.

Had my last top and bottom teeth removed by Dr. Faisal. Took him only 30 secs to remove both teeth and another 30 secs jabbing the anaesthesia. It was unbelievably painless from extracting to recovery. I didn’t even take the painkiller that was prescribed to me. The nurses and staffs are all very friendly and warm. Had a pleasant overall experience. Kudos to the team in Nuffield!

Took me some time to search for the right dentist to help with my wife’s wisdom tooth extraction. We were so lucky to have Dr Chung to do it. Although she would like an IV Sedation so she can sleep through the pain instead of bearing it, Dr Chung miraculously convinced her to do without IV Sedation. I witnessed the whole process. In short, if you are afraid of pain, seek Dr Chung’s help. He’s very experienced and most importantly, very caring of his patient. The nurse who guided me to get my x-rays was kind and reassuring. Shortly after, Dr Faisal welcomed me into his room with a calm and empathetic presence. He explained the procedure clearly, offering advice and options without any pressure or upselling — something I truly appreciated. Following a quick check-up, I was attended to by Rebecca for a cleaning session. She was warm, attentive, and very measured in her approach. The session didn’t feel rushed at all — in fact, it was surprisingly therapeutic. For anyone who harbours dental anxiety like I do, I can’t recommend this clinic — especially this branch — enough. Every staff member played a role in making my experience safe, gentle, and genuinely positive.
