I placed an order through Foodpanda, hoping this was the correct store, but the experience was far from satisfactory. First, the Bún Chả Giò was a major letdown. The dish used standard beehoon noodles instead of Vietnamese vermicelli, which completely changed the texture and taste. The protein, vegetables, and sauce provided were shockingly minimal, making the dish feel incomplete. While the fried spring rolls were decent, they couldn’t salvage the meal. We also tried the fresh shrimp spring rolls, which unfortunately continued the streak of disappointment. Once again, the wrong type of noodle was used, and the absence of fresh herbs made the rolls bland and uninspired. The dipping sauce was particularly unappetizing, resembling a mixture of peanut butter and starchy water, with an unpleasant texture to match. I rarely leave negative reviews, even when the food isn’t up to par, but this experience was simply unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care in the preparation of these dishes.
