drink was nice however when i picked up my 'self-pick up' order and there were two drinks, went back to give back second drink i didnt order. first reaction from the staff was "huh?" in a very fierce/unapproachable tone, i explained again and her next response was "orh ok" in yet the very fierce tone and just snatched back the drink. i get that she was busy with multiple orders but the reaction to my enquiry was not nice.

Poor manpower planning. Why put one person to man a store and he can't even go toilet? Really dumb. Customers waiting for that poor guy trying to fill the orders. But it's also very typical of f&b establishments. I won't be back for sure.

The lady who served us at 15 Apr, 7pm was so sweet and accommodating. She is definitely a great member for the team! The drinks were blended just nice compared to other branches. A 5/5 experience!

I visit the shop twice a week. All the different service staff seem poorly trained and not familiar with the system, hence there tends to be a delay in the purchase.
The worse is... My account is accidentally deleted. After I keyed in my number, the staff said she was at the "wrong part". She then proceed to switch to the right page on the system and asked me to key in my number again. Unfortunately, by then the account was deleted and I have lost all my points.
I continued to buy from the shop, (and other Liho shops) a few more times without accumulating the points, each time reminding the staff to inform the management to help me recover the account.
Nothing was done to date.
I don't want to re-register and lose the points I've accumulated so far. Please help. 🙏

Mimie had provided excellent customer service. Very kind to share with us and gave recommendations on all the different ingredients. Explained how the texture and taste was like. I made up my mind so quickly and enjoyed my drink very much! I had Green Milk Tea with White Jade! Amazing combination!

Easy, grab and go.
1st time trying, ordered their winter melon drink.
Ready made jar from the chiller.
Suggest no sugar as it is already sweet.
Ok for a refreshing cuppa.

It’s not bad, even close to closing hour, their staff still pleasant and make drinks promptly, no bullsh!t bad attitude unlike other bbt shops. Earl grey milk tea very flavourful, pearls are nice but the price has increased to 80cents, must have been awhile already.
