Hello! I am a first-time customer with Karva at East Village. I have just done my hair treatment with Kiki. I am very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She explained beforewhand what she was about to do with my hair. She applied the treatment softly and gave a long good hair wash while massaging it gently. Booked an appointment online for Monday and received the confirmation email. Get to the salon and no one is there. The sign on the door says they are open only Thursday - Sunday. Google and their own booking system says they are open Monday - Sunday. Their website has a different opening time to Google, their booking system AND their store front. PLEASE BE CONSISTENT.
Also don’t allow customers to book when you are closed! Waste everyone’s time 👎

Ive been going to Karva east v.for a long while now and I cant recommend them enough.
Every visit feels personal and relaxing — everyone at karva truly cares about their clients and it shows in the results. Whether it’s a simple trim or a treatment their stylists always delivers with skill and grace. Today, I count myself lucky to get sis Izah, the veteran of karva to attend to me. As someone who wears the hijab, it’s not always easy to find a stylist who truly understands and respects the need for privacy and comfort — but Izah gets it perfectly. She and sis Bit creates a warm, private, and respectful environment where I feel at ease and connect immediately. Provides good tips & advice! Highly recommended for anyone looking especiallyhijab-friendly hair services!

Walked in, after looking for a good salon in my new neighborhood. The reviews were great and the Salon lived up to their reputation. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but most importantly, my hairdresser, Dira, was experienced and good at her profession. She looked at the pictures I offered and understood what I was looking for. The wash was enjoyable and, the styling was natural and well executed and I got exactly the cut I wanted. I’m happy with the results and will come back here again.

Had a great me time over at EV Karva. Hair stylist Kiki was quick to let me know that I had dandruff at the back of my hair and recommended hair treatment to treat it. Head+shoulder massage by her assistant was great too during in between treatments. Thank you both!! :))

Have always done Algana treatment here which is my fave. First time having Dira as my stylist and will ask for her again! Very helpful and patient and gave good advice for my haircare. My hair Colour turned out great too!
