Be very careful if you decide to go to this place for nails. They are not transparent with their pricing. Each time I have gone in, they quote a different number. To a point where despite asking specifically for Express Gel Manicure as soon as I walked in to the store (for which I paid $35 last month), the lady outrightly denies saying that I didn’t mention what service I asked for and asked me to pay $75 at the end for classic manicure. When I told her I literally got this service done last month, she makes up all sorts of reasons - saying oh you should have said at the start, this is CNY pricing, oh we no longer have that service anymore??? Like seriously, how hard is it to be transparent with pricing, at least don’t prove the customer wrong. I would never walk into this shop again and would not RECOMMEND this to others too. Please note that they are not consistent with the quality of their services too.

Went for nail gel and eyebrow threading, very pleasant experience.
Hui yu and xiao yu (hope i get your names right) was friendly, professional and quick with their services.
Prices were reasonable and the customer services made it so much better

I am very satisfied with their service!
I first done my manicure and pedicure with them. They are very patience and friendly. The Vietnamese manicurist is very hardworking and she is improving every time I see her. She can now do nail art very well!
Later on as my job needs me to attend more n more company events, I began to explore eyelashes extension with them. The lady boss Zeng Zeng does very natural eyelashes extension. I have sensitive eyes and I had never once have any problems with her extension unlike some other I tried elsewhere. Very clean and efficient. Eventually I stop going to my usual facial in town and opt to let them do my facial . I am very happy with the result. Within 2 facials , I could see a difference in a much clearer skin. Not forgetting it is much nearer and more affordable for me now. The 3 of them are hardworking adults with very good work ethnics and skill. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. My whole family now go to them for facial and manicure services. They are flexible and the lady boss Zeng Zeng is not patty over small matters. Sometime she even gives free touch up or willing to bend her timing to suit that of customers’. I highly recommend them.

I would have dated 0 stars if that was possible. My friend kept flinching throughout when the manicurist overdid her cuticles till it bled. She continued cutting the cuticles till she felt satisfied for some reason?
