I recently experienced my first visit to Charisma Hair Studio, where I had both a haircut and coloring done. Ann's professionalism and attentive care stood out during the entire process. The atmosphere made me feel comfortable, and I was pleased with the final result of my hair. The services provided were excellent!

I have been going to Charisma for years, since they started. Excellent service. Hair stylist Ann is personable and friendly. She is able to give suggestions on styles and colours for me. I usually tell her to cut whatever style she thinks is suitable for me, and to choose the colours too. 😂 I then relax while she does what she needs to. The results are good . I often receive compliments from colleagues and even their children after a visit to the salon. A colleague’s daughter asked her to get her hair done like mine 😍😂

Good service. Happy hair cut. Not long wait with appointment. Ann is always ready to give suggestion and is a very friendly hair stylist. Won't push customers to buy any extra. It's customer decision to do what they want.

Been their regular since they opened 8 years ago. Very reasonably priced package and can book slots easily. Anne and Jasmine are super friendly and very accommodating with my requests.

Hairdresser is very skilled and patient. Loved how my rebonding-treatment turned out! Easy to make appointment too.

1st time visiting this salon after reading good reviews online. Only 1 hairdresser there - Ann Tham, so prior appointment suggested. I sought Ann's opinion on the various bob style that I had in mind and she was honest with her opinion. I ended up with a very flattering bob with longer sides. She freely share tips on how to style my bob at home. Was happy with the hair styling experience there. Reasonable price for a haircut. Will return in future and will recommend friends to this place.

Ann has been my long time hair stylista evidently well loved in the community near by seeing how her customers will drop by and say hi everytime I'm in the salon. she's experienced and relaxed, loved her coloring and hair cuts.
