Cake/Sugar Cookie Decorator+Baker

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Cake/Sugar Cookie Designer to join our team @ SugarsmithCo! (EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

You will be responsible for baking high quality pastries and creating visually appealing designs that reflect our brand’s aesthetic. This role is ideal for someone with a strong artistic sense, excellent baking skills, and an eye for detail.

Job Details:

• Location : East Village (487048)
• Time : Flexi, but usually 10AM to 8PM

Job Scope:

• Collaborate on custom macaron/cake designs and seasonal product collections.
• Maintain consistent quality in both taste and appearance.
• Handle color mixing, character design, and delicate detailing work.
• Prepare baking materials and manage mise en place efficiently.
• Ensure food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards are met.
